This vase form is made out of a fine porcelain. It was altered, pierced, beaded and then finished with a gloss crystalline glaze. This piece is 9 inches tall and 5.5 inches in diameter.
We enjoy layering our glazes to produce a strong color transition from top to bottom. This piece transitions from a cream and yellow at the top to a light green and finally a dark blue toward the bottom.
